The Bloomery NYC

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such a genuinely sweet experience at The Bloomery NYC that I felt like I had to share it.

I stopped in to buy some flowers, and as I was leaving, it was pouring outside. The lovely lady working at the shop noticed the rain and asked if I lived nearby. When I told her I was just a short walk away, she immediately offered to walk me home under her umbrella so that my flowers and I stay dry. I told her she really didn’t have to, but she insisted and actually walked me all the way home in the rain.

It was such a small, unexpected act of kindness, but it truly made my entire day. You just don’t come across this level of genuine warmth and care very often.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the kindness and thoughtfulness were not overlooked. If you’re in Chinatown and looking for a flower shop, I can’t recommend The Bloomery NYC enough. Wonderful flowers, wonderful people, and the kind of customer service that goes far beyond what you’d ever expect.

I’ll absolutely be coming back. 💐☔️❤️

This is my first time to this florist shop. The lady that runs it is so welcoming and accommodating. She helped me to set up the flowers and make sure my lady will be happy to see the flowers. Great customer skills. Highly recommended.

Stop your flower search and put an order in with the Bloomery NYC. I had a little hiccup with my order and Lilly went above and beyond to make it right. She sent the most beautiful bouquet within 30 minutes to make up for it.

New and great addition to the neighborhood! I went here today and Lilly helped with my jade tree and she was able to help re-pot it and offered excellent care instructions. Super knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of both house plants and florals which I will be coming back for.
